Self Esteem: Back to You
Self-expression is undeniably a part of self-esteem. As you come into yourself, and begin to express who you truly are, you develop self-esteem.
Yes, I believe that self-esteem, unlike what should be yours from birth—a sense of worthiness—is developed.
We often hear of teens and tweens having low self-esteem, but low self-esteem is not restricted for the youngins. I believe that the secret to having high self esteem is discovering your passion and expressing yourself! Do what you love and you will discover that you are what you love—that you are love.
There will be those times you doubt yourself but when you know a thing about what you love, you will get back to self-expression in no time. Then, you will get back to you.
