Irritated?

Irritated?

Have you ever had one of these thoughts?

- I am so irritated?
- They are so irritating?
- I can’t stand it when I do that?
- I can’t stand it when they do that?

(P.S. There is no they. If we are irritated it is always us projecting our feelings onto others’ we are allow others’ to irritate us...

It is nice to know that we are responsible for our feelings, so nobody can ever make us feel bad, irritated or upset. We can choose our feelings in all situations. Thank goodness for that.)

After that thought comes alive, then the body creates tension and we start acting stressed. This irritation can happen so fast that we may not even realize it! Well here is 2 solutions to creating less tension, more peace and more freedom:

1. Take responsibly for our feeling. We can choose to get irritated or tense or we can choose to relax and move it a positive direction.

2. We can choose to laugh about. One of the best tools is to pretend your in a movie and if it was a movie it is easy to observe how hilarious that scene would be. This keep things light-hearted!

This is a little sneak peak into the chapter on Laughter in my book FINDING YOUR PIECE!

The drawing is supposed to be a monkey! Yep, my art skills are amazing, you don’t have to tell me:) Thank God, Taryn Alessandro created the cover. Anyway, let me introduce to my friend, Dave Caroll, he is the perfect example of someone who took a really life irritating moment and turned it into laughter. This video or song reminds to laugh often and turn around frustrating events into courageous events. Thanks Dave!
