Quote

I offer you peace. I offer you love. I offer you friendship. I see your beauty. I hear your need. I feel your feelings. My wisdom flows from the Highest Source. I salute that Source in you. Let us work together for unity and love. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi

Love

Love is....

Love is the ability to see others through the eyes of the Divine…

Love is unconditional because love always is.

Although the realization of love can strengthen over time and although the love you feel for another may weaken, love is always there, present. At any given time you’re either with love, or moving towards or away from it.

You are in love when you feel aligned with your truest self. I know that many are looking for love. Love must be found within you before it is found outside. The love that you are will indeed be reflected.

Do what you love; be who you love; love who you love.

It’s simple. Love is never complicated. Even when you feel conflicted or weighted down, it is not the love that does this. Love uplifts. Period. Love is.

My Love For You....

my love for youMy Love For You....

I can get emotional at times thinking about people lives I've touched.  Someone I met randomly told me he enjoyed my writing. He searched me, “We die” an article I wrote about taking risks stuck out for him. Not the first time someone shared with me what spoke to them but every time it touches my heart.

It reminds me to write. It reminds me why I do what I do and it’s for you.  Whoever you are…..  We all are on this journey together. I am here to share my wisdom and gifts to uplift a life...your life.

My passion is to help you bring your beautiful gift out. I’ve learned that is where true happiness and joy is.  So while I share my gift of writing and the challenges I face that comes with any journey. Someone today reminded me who I do this for….why I do this…. my love to share my gift...my love for you.

....I am not yet a flower, my bud has yet to emerge but we can blossom together....

With Love,
we die

Wellness

wellnessWellness is:

I believe in focusing on wellness rather than reliance on the healthcare system. Both of my parents are actually registered nurses and have been for over 30 years. I respect them as professionals; however, I often urge them (and everyone) to do their own research about food to exercise, and to think twice about pills and vaccinations.

At the end of the day, the healthcare system is just that—a system. The healthcare system is potentially detrimental when people do not take it upon themselves to take care into their own hands. Maintain your well-being. It is empowering!

The energy invested will return tenfold. It will not only return in physical energy. It will return in mental stimulation, a more balanced emotional state and spiritual upliftment (upliftment is not a real word but it should be). A pill won't do it for you.

So what does wellness look like?

Wellness is peace.
Wellness is love.
Wellness is recognizing that your body is meant to move.
Wellness is moving your body.
Wellness is creativity.
Wellness is a balance.
Often, wellness is a state of being, rather than a state of doing.

A big part of wellness is knowing yourself. Nature is therapeutic for me. What brings you tranquility? Nature generates a feeling of wellness because it is always happening, now. What is, is. And what is, is accepted by the earth. She works with the storm and the rain, the sunshine and the waves. She recognizes that they are all a part of who she is. Wellness is being at peace with what is. Still, wellness is striving for better. We are always evolving.

Wellness is an ongoing pathway with simple retreats along the way.

A letter from "God"

Dear One,

Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone, to have a deep soul relationship with
another, to be loved thoroughly and exclusively, but I say "No."

Not until you are satisfied, fulfilled and content with being alone, with giving yourself totally and unreservedly to Me, will you be ready to have the intensely personal and unique relationship that I have planned for you.

You will never be united with anyone or anything else until you are united with Me. I want you to stop planning, stop wishing, and start allowing Me to give you the most thrilling plan in existence - one that you cannot even imagine. I want you to have the best. Please, allow Me to bring it to you.

You must keep watching Me expecting the greatest of things. Keep experiencing the satisfaction that I AM. Keep listening and learning the things that I will tell you. Just wait. That's all. Don't be anxious. Don't worry.

Don't look around at the things others have or that I have given them. Don't look at the things you think you want. Just keep looking up to Me or you will miss what I want to show you. And then, when you are ready, I will surprise you with a love far more wonderful than any you have dreamed of.

You see, until you are ready and until the one I have for you is ready (I am working even at this moment to have you both ready at the same time), until you are both satisfied exclusively with Me and the life I have prepared for you, you won't be able to experience the love that exemplifies your relationship with Me. This is Perfect Love.

And Dear One, I want you to have this most wonderful love. I want to see in the flesh a picture of your relationship with Me, and to enjoy materially and concretely the everlasting union of beauty, perfection, a love that I offer. Know that I love you utterly. Believe that and be satisfied.

Love,

God

This is from a email I received from Ariella Ford, Author of "Wabi Sabi Love". She received  a copy of this letter 20 years ago when she was single and it inspired her so she shared it with "me". Now, I am sharing it with you. Pass it on if you are inspired as well. :)

MY LOVE
I remember looking back at all those little moments that led up to us.  I remember that first day on the basketball court and playing bump against him on my lunch break.  He was that guy growing up who would never fail when I needed a smile.  Every time I saw him in the halls, middle school and high school, he would always say hi.  It was so comforting when feeling like the odd one out.  Even though I didn't know it yet, our worlds were aligning. I remember the first time he asked me out on a date at my high school graduation and then when he asked me out again six years later—each night he surprised me with two of the most memorable moments of my life.  Now, two and a half years into our relationship, he surprises me still.  And every time I think back on how it all began, without knowing it, the biggest smile creeps across my face.
Life has its own way of taking you.  Sometimes you are meant to walk that path alone, other times your path intertwines with another.  The journey is so important and you'll see, when looking back, how every moment makes sense.

Happy Valentine's Day, Divine Table 9 fans!  Much love to all!
