Procrastination
Hunger, drive and determination can kill procrastination but for those who don’t have the energy or the will you have to start with acceptance.Accept that you procrastinate. Recognizing that you do procrastinate is the 1st step to really start making moves. Give yourself a pat on the back!
So now that you recognize it, accept yourself in any given moment you feel like your not doing enough or anything at all.
I know this from experience, from deep learning and teaching.
Now you can either beat yourself up and feed the energy of procrastination or accept it. Acceptance will free the mind of the self-hate chatter that is keeping you going in circles.
Now that is the 2nd step. 3rd step is healing and feeding your mind with positive messages consistently. Yes, letting go of the past(healing) self-Help & personal development is going to break you through to accomplishing whatever you feel you been putting of.
Healing clears the past. The past can be like mental weights draining vital energy to accomplishing your goals.
Self help and personal development books or audio feeds you positive energy to get you moving. For instance you can’t listen to self-defeating thoughts and expect to move. Just like you can’t listen to slow music and expect to JAM. Put on some feel good audio’s and get to work!
